Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for orders unless there is a problem with the item received.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the following situations:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The item received is incorrect due to our error

If an issue occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description of the issue and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

If a return is approved:

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as N&T Railroad is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Items that have been used, installed, or modified

  • Custom or made-to-order products, unless defective

Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
